Information:
– Responsible for all production functions and processes for Western cuisine
– Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in the Airport Lounge and food presentation
– Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces
– Full-time Job; 5 days duties, 10 hours per day; on shift and roster duty;
– Location: Airport
Entry requirements:
– Educational requirement: Form 3 or above
– Working experience: 0.5 to 2 years’ relevant experience in which exposure in hotels / restaurants is preferable
– Good knowledge of Western cuisine
– Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
– Good communication skills in Cantonese and fair English are preferred
– Immediate availability is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
– $17,000-$19,000 per month
